Why do I have to register?

Registering with us is important, to keep our pricing structure and our customers safe. More importantly for you, we want to keep you competitive. For example, if one of your customers stumbles across our site, they would immediately have access to what you pay for your supplements, allowing them to easily work out what you charge them. This would very quickly lead to your demise. Unlike other sites, we hide our costs to stay competitive.

Registering is easy and will take a maximum of 48 hours for approval.

 How long will my order take?

Our turnaround times are currently 10 working days from the label proof going to the printers and 14-21 days from the labels being received here to shipping. Please 14-21 days from payment for returning customers assuming we have labels on site.

 How will my order be delivered?

We work with great logistics companies who are local to us and deliver throughout mainland UK. We can use DPD for smaller orders that can be sent out in parcels and also deliver larger orders on pallets. If you haven't got a forklift, just let us know that you'll need a tail lift to receive your delivery, and we can accommodate (there is an option to add additional notes to your order when you checkout, so please use this to let us know).

Our automated website will inform you when goods are dispatched, and each delivery is wrapped in order to keep it private and sheltered from the elements.

Do you deliver wholesale supplements to Europe?

Please e-mail to or speak to us and we will give you a shipping cost to Europe. You will need to make sure that you are passing the ingredient and labelling requirements for your country.

We are at the forefront on manufacturing technology and have the highest QA Standards – working to IOS 22000 and we are an Informed Sport registered manufacturer. We are regularly audited by our customers – who are some of the biggest in the world.   We spend a considerable amount of time and resources selecting ingredients and flavours to give you the best products available at competitive prices.   But we keep our feet on the ground and remain a family business offering a personal service. We will give you (and your customer) the most for your money. In addition, we give you the best ways to purchase, track and analyse your orders direct from your computer or mobile device, allowing you to concentrate on your business.

What is the minimum order for capsules, tablets and powders?

Our minimum order is based on practical consideration per product - each product page has a Minumum Order Level stated. 

What assurances do I have?

You will notice that on the website every product has a Certificate of Analysis that can be downloaded. This shows you exactly what is in the product and everything you need with regard to content and nutritional value.

 What if something goes wrong, am I covered?

If there is a problem with a product itself, you can contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. If, for example, the unthinkable happened and a customer falls ill from normal use of the product or a similar related incident, we suggest you carry your own Public Liability Insurance.

 Do I have to have a website?

No. We aren’t interested in how you sell your product, whether it’s through a small personal training enterprise or a network of friends, or an online store complete with multi-storey gymnasium. You sell your product your way, we’ll do the rest.

 Can I get my products tested?

You certainly can. We manufacture all of our products to a standard that will pass HFL/LGC analytical standards, and we are an Informed Sport Registered Manufacturer. So if you want your products batch tested, we can get you the best prices from them to get your product accredited. You will have to liaise with Informed Sport to get accreditation from them and there are protocols and costs associated with this. let us know and we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

 What do I do if I want to return stock?

 How can I pay for my items?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted through the site, as is money transferred via Paypal. We use a secure shopping cart and merchant banking system to assure your e-safety and the privacy of your details. You must use a card that belongs to you, or you have the permission of the account holder to use. No refunds will be made based on unlawful use of a credit card, unless authorized in writing by the bank. We do not store your card details on our servers and we are fully PCI compliant – your data and details are safe.  

Will my details be passed on to any third parties?

Not without your consent. As part of the GDPR, we are required to store some LIMITED information on file for future use (this also helps us track previous orders), but your details will never be passed on to another individual or third party without your express written consent.

Can I get different packaging, sizes or flavouring than those on offer?

WhiteLabelSupplements is designed to help the mid-level brand that still needs hard work to grow and thrive before going down the bespoke route.  We are, however, always creating new flavours and products, so if you have something in mind, please feel free to ask. Otherwise, we're afraid the answer is no.
